Students Visit Fire Departments

Members of the Irwin, Manilla and Manning Fire Departments were at the IKM-Manning Elementary School in Irwin on October 13 as part of Fire Prevention Week. The students were given rides on the fire trucks. The firemen also explained the various equipment in the fire trucks and the apparel they wear to keep them safe. Students also practiced Stop, Drop and Roll. Irwin fireman, Jarad Gaskill, returns the students to school following their ride around Irwin.
