Immunization Requirements for students entering 7th & 12th Grades

by: Anissa Irlmeier

May 03, 2017

All students entering 12th grade must have proof of having the Meningococcal vaccine before school starts in

August, unless the student has a Certificate of Immunization Exemption. There will be no grace/extension

period for the implementation of this requirement (meaning it has to be completed before the 1 st day of school

and no provisional immunization certificates can be given). If the school does not have proof of this

immunization prior to the 1st day of school your child will not be allowed to attend.
