Health Reminder for 2021-2022 School Year
For Students Entering 7th & 12th Grades

Per State of Iowa law, all students entering 7th grade must provide proof of immunization for both the Tdap vaccine as well as one dose of Meningococcal vaccine before school starts in August, unless the student has a Certificate of Immunization Exemption. There will be NO grace or extension period for the implementation of this requirement. Per the law, any student that does not provide proof of receiving the vaccines or a valid waiver by the first day of school, will not be allowed to attend school until proof is provided.
12th Grade:
