Are you interested in selling your prom dress? Dress for Less - ESC Raiders is already preparing for next year’s sale, and if you want to sell your dress, they are holding a collection day TOMORROW from 10:30am-noon at East Sac County High School in Lake View. Use the front doors. Pay $5 per dress and set the price at no more than half of what you paid originally. When your dress sells, you receive the entire profit! Dresses must be a current style, clean and in a dress bag. They no longer accept short dresses. Find them on Facebook or you can email Kerri or Rachel at firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com for more information.

This week is Teacher Appreciation Week. To celebrate education and the positive things happening at IKM-Manning, we invite students and staff to join in the following dress-up days:
TODAY: Green and Black day--Go Wolves!
Please remember that clothing must be school appropriate.
Seniors: all library books need to be returned by Monday. All other students need their books returned by Wednesday. Please make use of your MackinVia accounts during the last week. If materials are needed beyond this date, please talk to Mrs. Struve or Mrs. Darling.
If you are interested in taking the next session of Driver Education classes starting in late May, you need to complete the Google Form online sign-up that Jenny emailed to all students by Friday, May 21st. Any questions regarding the class, please contact Mr. Spooner at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Parking Lot Announcements: please SLOW DOWN and lookout for walkers when driving in the school parking lot. Pedestrians ALWAYS have the right-of-way. Our younger students aren't always very aware of their surroundings when walking through the parking lot before and after school so as older, more mature students the responsibility falls to you to look out for them. The extra parking spots painted in the middle of the lot behind our buses shouldn't be used during the school day as they get in the way of moving our buses. Those spots are for evening events only. Be careful coming around the corner by the bus barn. Stay in your lane, drive slowly and make sure the way is clear. That's a prime spot for fender-benders. Please wait and yield to buses leaving their parking spots after school.
Our mask language has changed from “expected” to “required”. Masks need to be worn properly to be effective. Wearing a mask improperly is basically the same thing as not wearing it at all and that would be a violation of the requirement and may be subject to disciplinary measures. Staff will continue to give masks breaks if/when possible. That can only happen when everyone can be at least 6 feet apart for the short break.
We will continue the following guidelines as well:
Students cannot be in the school building until the first bell at 7:45am.
Sanitize as you enter the building.
Students can go to their lockers before school, before and after lunch, before and after PE/Weights, end of the school day or as directed by a teacher.
Social distance yourself from others by at least 6 feet.
Use hand sanitizer or wash your hands as much as possible.
Only two students allowed at a time in the HS office. Please wait outside the office if already occupied and continue to social distance.
If you have any Chromebook issues, a Help Desk Ticket Form has been created that you can complete and explain your issues. This form goes directly to Mrs. Langel for review. Here is the link to use: http://www.tinyurl.com/ikmmchromebookhelpdesk.
