Senior, Amber Halbur was recently recognized by the Des Moines Register as one of the All-State Academic Recipients.
Each year, Des Moines Register editors ask Iowa school officials to nominate seniors for Academic All-State recognition. Each school selects one graduating senior who stands out among his or her peers for achievements in academics, community involvement and leadership.
