Fall 2025 Parent/Teacher Conferences Information
Dear Wolves Families,
Parent/Teacher Conferences will be held on Monday, October 20 and Tuesday, October 21, from 3:00 to 6:30 p.m. Both Monday and Tuesday will be a 1:40/2:00 dismissal so teachers can prepare for the night.
We will schedule conferences for Preschool-12th grade students using a website called Pick a Time. You can schedule meetings with multiple teachers through the Pick a Time site and choose to meet in person or via Zoom. Please follow the directions in the attached document to schedule your student’s conference.

K-6: Please sign up with your student’s homeroom teacher and any specials teachers you wish to speak with, such as art, PE, guidance, etc. Each teacher’s availability will be visible on the Pick a Time site. Students in 4th-6th grades are invited to attend and 5th and 6th grade students are encouraged to attend the conference.
7-8: Middle school parents should sign up with one core teacher. This will be on a first-come, first-serve basis. Once a teacher is fully booked, you must go to your second choice. Families will have five options to choose from, including Denise Wall (math), Tanner Higgins (social studies), Andrea Schwery (7th)Jim Blankman (8th) (science), Jay Dreyer (reading) and Cindy Opperman (ELA). You will only be able to sign up with one core academic teacher. You will receive feedback on how your child is doing in all their core courses with any core teacher you sign up with. If you wish to speak to specials teachers (art, guidance, PE, etc.) please sign up with them too. Please contact the middle school office if you have any questions about who you should sign up with. Students are encouraged to attend and share the presentation they created with parents/guardians.
9-12: Please sign up with any teacher you wish to speak with on those nights.

Please Note
•When Zooming please insert your name so teachers know who to admit from the waiting room.
•Student Chromebooks (grades 6-12) all have Zoom capabilities, which you could use if needed. To do this, email your conference info to your student’s email account and open it from there.
